Equipment rental (Tent and Cooking system)
As part of your expedition, we provide the option to loan essential equipment, including 2-person tents and Trangias (cooking systems), if you do not have your own. By accepting and using our loaned equipment, you agree to the following terms:
Care and Responsibility
You agree to take reasonable care of all loaned equipment and ensure its proper use during the expedition.Damage or Loss
In the event of damage, loss, or theft of any loaned equipment during your expedition, you agree to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.The replacement cost or repair fees will be determined based on the current market value or the repair estimate provided by the company.
Expedition Sign-Off
Completion of your expedition, including the signing off of your Expedition Report or equivalent certification, may be withheld until the repair or replacement costs have been paid in full.
